大分県出身。幼少期よりダンスを始める。高校卒業後約8年間ロサンゼルスとニューヨークでの生活を経て、現在大分と東京の2拠点で活動中。アメリカ滞在中は、ダンスの他にもギャラリーや雑誌の編集部などで、デザインやライティング、映像のディレクションなどを経験。2019年、別府市が企画した「Beppu Bamboo in Brooklyn」にクリエイティブディレクターとして参加。伝統工芸である竹細工をアメリカで広めるために行われた企画で、ニューヨークのギャラリーにて展示・販売のイベントなどを行うにあたり、展示会場やPR映像のディレクションを担当。日本に帰国後、Instagramにて大分県内の飲食店情報を集めたメディア「Foodies Oita」を立ち上げ、運営（現在フォロワー1.3万人）。その運営経験を生かし、企業や個人のSNS運用・ディレクションをスタート。2025年、大人の女性限定のダンススタジオ「Dasy」を立ち上げ。
I am a Japanese Director / Choreographer / SNS Marketer based in Oita and Tokyo, Japan. I started to train in Hip Hop and Jazz dance in my hometown Oita, Japan when I was 9 years old. After graduating from high school, I decided to move to Los Angeles in order to pursue my dancing career. From there, I began to train in Ballet and Contemporary dance to expand my range of expression. I was trained under such dancers as Kana Miyamoto, Terri Best, and Tovaris Wilson at Millennium Dance Complex, Edge Performing Arts Center, and Hama Dance Center. I worked at an art gallery and a magazine company in New York to gain experiences besides being a dancer and to learn more about the arts. Recently in Japan, I worked as a teacher and choreographer for a dance studio and then became a freelance creator. As a creator, I am involved in content production, direction, and SNS marketing for Japanese companies, educational institutions, and administrative agencies.
